Theremin for the win alright. A clear sign of tr00ism, that

Mariusz was prety impressive indeed. And the band really emphasized their sense of playing together, with each instrument having its own space and focus.
Riverside have got one thing down to a par: a good solo is a solo you can sing along with. In fact, a solo which can't help but sing along with. Waaaawpiwpiwpiwpiliwaawpawwaaaw, that kind of stuff. Basses, idem ditto, only more Pwowpoowww. Puwpuwpuwuhuwwuw.
I like bands who aren't into being cool. Guitarists who hold their guitar in positions optimal for playing, rather that for enhancing their level of cool.
And the little bow at the end, a polite yet formal token of recognition towards the audience...that's style, folks!
And yes, Dutchies vs Belgians is seldom exemplified more clearly than on concerts. Seng pointed out ot me that we (Belgians that is) even seem to have concept of "this is my spot. Kindly don't be standing here when I return from the loo". A concept which, I must add, the Dutch seem to be lacking.
Great gig, and great company as well
